Fittology Weekly Schedule 


Monday - Effort Session 7.15pm - 8.15pm

Lead by - Mandy Cooper/Eddy Cooper


These sessions are normally built around speed or hill work. They are suitable for everyone who has completed our Beginners course or if you already have some running experience. The session can be tailored to your ability by our coach who will be happy to advise you.


Wednesday - Steady Run 7.15pm - 8.30pm

Lead by - Mandy Cooper/Terry Allen/Cathy Cornell


This is usually approximately 4 to 6 miles depending on the route, there are always shorter routes available on the night. These runs are done at a steady pace and everyone sets off together.


Weekend - Long Runs


These are slower runs to build up endurance. You all start off at a distance you're comfortable with and gradually increase it slightly until you've reached your goal. Most runs are done on a Saturday morning as this gives you a rest day before efforts on Mondays.

Saturday - Parkrun 9.00am


Our members often attend the local Parkruns; a weekly, friendly and supportive 5km run, more details can be found here:
